Real Estate Videography - Retainer Options
Retainer Pricing for the first five listings per month. Each listing after the fifth would be prices at 15% off the base package price.

$1275 per month for the first five listings.
Each listing after the fifth is priced at $255 each.

$2125 per month for the first five listings.
Each listing after the fifth is priced at $425 each.

All video packages are initiated with a created brief approved by the client. Distant Skies Media requires 50% payment upon approval of the creative brief and remainder once work is completed.
